| Background Information | Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150 kDa soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75% of the total plasma immunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins. |
| Usage | The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working usage is 6·µg/ml. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product, but working concentrations should be validated by the investigator. |
| Storage Buffer | The reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution, pH ≈7.4, containing 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide. |
| Storage | Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. |
| Stability | Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. |
