The Cystain™ OenoCount kit consists of a dilution buffer and two fluorescent dyes targeting nucleic acids. The combination of both dyes allows for discrimination between viable and non-viable microorganisms. In conjunction with the CyFlow™ Cube 6 V2m analyzer, it permits the detection of nearly all microbiological contaminants in wine.
